I have mostly used protein powder and as of recent creatine. I amped up my diet but not much has changed. am I stuck at this phase meaning roids is the next step needed?

also any ladies of fit your opinion would be appreciated in terms of if this is attractive or DYEL or when is a person too big and considered unattractive?

i legit cannot determine what "phase" I am at so it may be difficult for me to understand sarcasm. dont censor if I look like shit please tell me exactly why or what muscles need work, I want to improve

You look fairly strong already, but to add size, get yourself a dip belt and do weighted pullups and weighted dips. Shit will skyrocket your arm size in no time so long as you stay at 6-8 reps minimum. Fall below that, and deload.

For biceps
>chinups
>barbell curls
>preacher curls
>concentration curls
>hammer curls
Basically anything that has curl in it. It's pretty obvious.
For triceps
>tricep extension
>shoulder press
>tricep kickbacks
>skull crushers
>30 lbs ammo can lift
Or really anything where you're using your arms to push something away from your body. Those are great for triceps.
