I have a question for y'all, I love smoking weed with my pals after my workout, but I'm concerned it will affect my gainz in the gym! Can anyone tell me if it's okay to smoke and still make gainz?

Never smoke before a lift. Munchies are good for bulks. Awful for cuts
Smoking weed keeps me away from drinking. I also don't get munchies, so it works for me.
I would also say to check out kava kava. It's relaxing, but do not drink any alcohol with it.

I can't wait until legalized indica so I can actually sleep and make gains.
Nothing the doc has prescribed has worked. He's totally out of pills and ideas. Apparently some even gave me wickedly violent night terrors.

Its better than alcohol, will affect less, but still affects.
But shouldnt matter that much unless you want to be a competitive builder.
Marijuana will not effect your gains at all. Just don't munch out and you will be all set.
Much, much, much better than any alcohol. And certainly great for post-workout naptimes.
Worst case get a vape or something so you aren't smoking anything.

The only reason I work out is because weed. I had depression and could careless about anything and then I started smoking weed. It made me realize how much of a shit life I was living and I started eating healthier and working out.

I'm on a tolerance break right now, but I usually smoke before/after workouts and before bed, sometimes before 3000 calorie meals when bulking if I don't feel hungry lol. Seems to help me focus and tune out scrubs at the gym and recover.
