Is there really any other supplement you need? I heard this shit can cure cancer and manlets.

I throw in some chewable vitamin C but that's all

nothing can cure manletism
whether it can help prevent cancer is questioned, AFAIR, I think there was even some study that showed that fish oil can contribute towards prostate cancer in men (but not sure about that)
Other than that, I would throw in some zinc + vit c (you usually get these together, the vit c helps the zinc get absorbed.) You don't want test production to be limited by zinc deficiency
Also I eat about 300mg magnesium/day, because otherwise I get occasional cramps in my lower legs occasionally.
Help meme /fit/ I am female and work out 5 times a week. Running and lifting. I have a bit of a hair loss problem I think it is because I need certain vitamins. Can someone help?

Zinc.
It (vit d) also prevents rheumatic and autoimmune diseases, and its confirmed.

yes, you need all the essential vitamins which are
A, C, D, E, K and all B-complex ones. you can get most of them through food except for B-complex ones which you most likely have to supplement
other important ones are fish oil, magnesium and calcium. you don't need anything else

Are you cutting at a large deficit, doing keto, or otherwise losing weight quickly? Large weight swings can cause hormonal changes that can cause hair loss in women. Alternatively, you may have PCOS.
