they might curb your appetite a bit, but they should give you more energy. depends on the kind though. if they're SSRIs they might kill your sex drive, although it's not like you're using it anyway. wellbutrin is a lot better imo.

I've been on Zoloft before. Made me much less anxious, irritable, and depressed. Also i could fuck way longer.

Downside is it turned down good things along with the bad. Music isn't as moving, i cared less about everything. Basically became complacent.

I suffer from crippling depression and every day is a struggle, but i prefer it to meds. Just be super aware of suicidal thoughts when starting or stopping.

Honestly the best thing you can do is lift, diet, and cardio. Get a healthy hobby and a full-time job and you're good

I took depression meds for years, and I never really felt like they did anything. I wasn't working out when I was on them, and once I started working out I stopped being depressed. Just do your lifts son
