4 months of working out. Before i started lifting i lost 25lbs and ate clean.
Lift 7 days a week, finish every day with 15 min cardio (row or treadmill). Doing 3 split routine currently. On my "rest day" i do shit like abs/forearms and a longer cardio session of 30 minutes.

I work out at home with a machine and it has nothing for shoulders and barely anything for legs so I have tiny legs too.
I've tried cutting but I'm a fat fuck who can't stop eating.
Been on a massive stim binge for the past week or two and have slept only every couple days, as well as eating basically nothing since the Stims killed my appetite.
No full frontal since I have literally 0 definition on my chest and it's gapped as fuck.

Yeah I was. Weighed around 90 kg, dropped to around 70 kg, i now weigh around 75 kg (gained muscle mass)
Routine is
1. chest/back,
2. shoulders/arms,
3. legs,
4. whole upper body (Focus more on what you feel like doing)
which means going to the gym on monday, wednesday, friday and saturday
my lifts aren't that great honestly but oh well
i've been lifting for a little over a year now
bench 75x5/82,5x1 (kg)
deadlift 110x5/125x1
OHP, idk I haven't really been keeping track on that honestly, maybe 35x5/45x1
squat 90x5/110x1
