Two different times, gains both times, stopped from knee creakiness one time, did it heading up to a meet the other time. Worth doing if form is solid for all lifts, have to fucking brains to throttle it back when something starts to get cranky.

Also what people say about it being peaking or seeing gains disappear afterwards doesn't really seem to be true, not for me at least. I'll probably do it again at some point.

I used to think the same things.

My mind changed when I trained early-intermediate lifters with it, including a woman, and all of them saw incredible results.

I still think other programs, like TM or Nuckols, are good. But now I see that Sheiko is a lot more accessible than we usually give it credit for. And when it comes to powerlifting, I don't see any other free program that comes close.
C6W is good, old dietmars seem fine, but nothing is as fine tuned, easily customisable, and accessible as Sheiko.

Warm up as much as you need to perform your working sets with maximum proficiency.
This is highly individual. Big jumps feel weird to me so I take 20kg jumps starting from the bar, even if that sometimes leads to me doing 8 warm up sets. Others get tired from this much warm up and their main work suffers, so they take bigger jumps and only have 3-4 warm up sets.

I am pretty weak tbqh but friends or people from the gym will sometimes ask me for technique / form questions and I generally don't have anything useful to tell them.

I would really like to learn how to diagnose and fix people's problems.

e.g. One friend of mine is about 6' 2" and has trouble pushing out of the hole without rounding his spine.

My first instincts were "not sitting back enough" or "not bracing" or "weak quads" or "weak back" or change stance / foot width but that's just a laundry list of bullshit and not actually helpful.

It's hard to help without being too general, but the point is: coaching is a job that requires a lot of studying.

The main thing is: READ.
I'm posting a list of books at the bottom that are good.

The second main thing is: RESEARCH.
Watch all youtube videos on form that you can (many a wrong, and some will contradict the other, but it's still valuable).
Read all the articles on lifting that you can, from credible sources (Nuckols has a lot on his website, and I've written a few that you can find here http://imgur.com/a/WElep )

The third is: EXPERIENCE.
It took me 4 months of coaching to start to be at least decent at it.
It's not an easy job.
But with experience, you'll start seeing patterns, realising what the most common issues are, what works and what doesn't.
My recommendation is to start first by assisting other coaches. Follow them while they work and help people and try to learn from them as much as possible (and ask them questions). Try to learn programming from them as well.
This is pretty much what I did when I started.

Go to competitions with the other coaches just to watch what they do there, how they manage the athletes, how they choose weights, how they take the difficult decisions, etc.

Watching competition videos online also helps a bit. You don't see much of the coach job, but you can kind of see and reflect on it as you see the lifter's attempts and whatnot.

It flares up pretty immediately. Quads tighten up a lot as well, if I use my leg too much (sumo is okay-ish tho). If I sit down in a squat, the knee area feels sort of "big" and tight, and the musculature feels like it won't go back to relaxed when I get up again.
Rolling and stretching haven't helped.
Haven't tried hamstring curls, should I? Have only been deadlifting, about thrice per week.
