Is this thing totally meme or does it have any useful features?
Was thinking of getting it for my home gym since i basiclly only have free weights right now, would have liked to use it for lat pulldown and it looks like it could double as a bench so i could replace the old beatup one i have. My neighbor offered it to me for $100 before he puts it up on craigslist
