>going back to the gym tomorrow after like a year and a half
Tell me if this is a good warm up routine to do for a week or two until I get back into the swing of eating enough, going to the gym regularly etc
3x5 incline bench
3x5 leg press (don't want to do squats until I fix my APT with stretches)
As many chin-ups as I can do
4 30-second pullup holds
Why do you need a warm up routine for a beginner routine?

Sounds alright... Add some cardio.
>>39552655
Because I don't want to start an actual routine right away, I want to ease myself back into it so that I don't give up after 3 weeks.

>so that I don't give up after 3 weeks.
???
why would you do that
>>39552627
>guy that will never make it
Why incline bench as opposed to flat bench
Why only 15 reps for your bench and legs but you're maxing out your lats

Relax, kid. He hasn't worked out in 1.5 years but he knows everything.

Don't question me, it's for the best.

Incline bench because I don't want to have tits.
