Actually after looking into vaping I'm hard pressed to find ANY negative side effects that are yet discovered. (And for arguements ease we won't go down that route because we eat / do a lot of shit that hasn't had 100s of years of research if it's alright for us to do, holding phones to our heads, steroids in food etc)

So anyways...

Basically the most negeative things you can find about vaping are the negative side effects of nicotine, which are definitly there but seem to be about as severe as drinking coffee. It also has positive benefits though, small doses can increase alertness while larger doses will offer relaxtion / pain relief.

I still don't vape but researching it made it hard to hate on people that do it. Never start because didn't wanna be associated with vapers lol.

Nicotine has inherent issues with glucose response and vasoconstriction, but for the most part yeah, vaping is a HELL of a lot better than smoking since you avoid the nitric oxide accumulation and tar. The nitric oxide is theorized to be particularly responsible for a lot of the vascular effects of smoking.

The only legitimate reason to vape is to quit smoking, it helped me quit smoking a pack a day and I was able to breathe well enough to start going to the gym and lose 60lbs
