Problem is that I'm not a programmer. I built the website using squarespace, which I did like a lot and would definitely recommend. Their price is very good for someone doing something independently but looking for good quality and ease of use.

If I were to build the website on wordpress, I'd need to either have a web designer working for me, or learn to program shit myself (which I could, but that takes time and commitment).

I would say bigger jump from second to third. First you have to nail no matter what, no question. Second should be something you can most likely hit, though it might be a bit tough. The third attempt should be taken based on how the second felt, if second was hard, small jump, if easy, large jump

You wanna minimize risk on second attempts as little as possible to build a total, and go for PRs and risky lifts on 3rd attempts

bigger 2nd to 3rd jumps area bad idea to me as if you fail you are throwing kgs away and having to drop further down to 2nd attempt

but i also dont think 3rd should be wild numbers picked out of thin air either, so i only have a very slight doubt about not hitting them anyway

There is no form of weightloss that is good for a powerlifter, but I would say Keto is particularly bad for Powerlifters as we already have enough mental fatigue issues to deal with without ketogenesis turning us into mopey bastards.

It's not horribly put together, but the depth on the squats isn't super well judged some times.

I already have a vague idea of what my maxes are, and this rec center meet ought to paint a clearer picture of exactly where I am and what I need to do between now and whatever meet I do in the spring.

If you want to start a bit easier (not much, it's still a lot of volume), go with intermediate medium load.

If you think you want a little bit more volume, intermediate large load.

If you wanna train 4 days and have access to stuff like chains or boards or wanna bother changing the lifts, go with advanced medium load

If you wanna train 4 days and do a lot of volume and eat a fuckton and see your lifts go through the roof, advanced large load.

You don't need to do the whole thing if you're not competing. The first week of the comp cycle has a test where you try new PRs. And you can skip some prep cycles to make the program shorter (1-2 months)

Yes, just do one prep cycle + first week of comp cycle and then repeat. Makes for monthly progression.

It might seem slower, but it's just as fast as weekly programs, as you'll be making huge jumps in weight every month.

You can inflate the max numbers a bit (most people inflate the bench) if the program becomes too easy, but keep in mind the weights are meant to not be hard.
