Hey guys, whats the best Hiit protocol? I'm doing 60s rest / 30s intensity. What should i be focusing to achieve the best results?

Continue doing what you are doing.
Go max as hard as you can, don't explode your heart.

ty mate, im doing it for like 15-20 min,
Any protocol will work as long as you push incremental progress. Wingate is good (30s/4:00 for 4-7 rounds). So is tabata (20s/10s x8 rounds).
Vary your means. True HIIT is hard to stay motivated because it is difficult. Switching up forms of cardio can help mitigate this
I love HIIT, has made a very positive impact on my physique and general fitness

Good going brother.
Get it.
I would push (if your heart/lungs can endure) to 30 min.
5 min warm up, 25 min of max effort, couple minute cool down walking to ward off the inevitable shin splints.
Do you guys usually use a treadmill or bike, or just for a yog outside?
