i recommend the hangman 1x1
tie a noose around your neck and do a rep until exhaustion
you should see results in 3 - 6 weeks as your fat decays
or immediate results should you choose cremation

if not, then start with strength tests - ex. go to your car and try your hardest to lift it (it's ok if you cant). hold that position for 15 seconds. do that 5 times a day for a week to build some solid tone, then get into a more serious program from there
