Got a scaphoid fracture 2 years ago. Didn't know what it was for a long while until I finally went to a doctor. It didn't heal on its own even though I had it in a brace. Finally got surgery and currently in a cast. I recommend you get it checked asap since having it restrained will increase the chances of oit healing properly. If it doesn't heal on its own you might need surgery.

Forget about bench pressing or OHP for a while. I was able to do dumbell presses after a while though. Deadlifts were fine too.

I got a scaphoid fracture like 2 years ago playing rugby and didn't get it fixed for a few months, by the time I did I needed surgery

It took about 6 months to heal fully but they allowed me to being working out again after maybe 4 months. In the mean time I just did cardio and leg press (couldn't hold the barbell for squats while in a cast) and I didn't bother doing any one handed upper body stuff cause I figured it would be stupid

Have you seen a doctor/had it x-rayed yet? If it is a scaphoid fracture get it dealt with as soon as possible because unless you do it quick you'll need the surgery

To be clear I can still do bench, ohp basically everything without pain as long as my wrist doesn't go past 30 degrees.

Honestly anon; visit a doctor. Fractures can fuck up your movements if they do not heal well. A friend of mine broke his lower arm as a child and because it never properly healed (doctors fault for setting it wrong in this case) he is unable to fully twist his right arm. Not something you would want to walk around with for the rest of your life when you plan on throwing around pl8s at the gym

Have you tried bloodletting the affected area?

Nigga, go get an x-ray before you get avascular necrosis.

Broke mine, went to a doctor, got a cast, 2 weeks later was ok, few more weeks and was 100%.
But im not americano and that means i got free healthcare
