I need help.
I don't look like a 22 years old male. I don't look manly at all.
It has hindered me so much. I weighed 42kg in hughschool, didn't do shit, didn't worl because being around people was already hard enough. I dropped out of college because of this.
I have a very small face, 5 inch wrists, and i'm only 5'10. I weigh 109lbs atm, i've been trying to get bigger to no avail. I'm also fucking ugly because of this, probably because i' a half breed too.
How do i deal with this shit?

You need to eat mate, try at 2800 to 3000 calories a day, make sure that around 120 to 200 grams of protein is in there.
Yes, you will gain fat, but you will gain a lot of muscle aswell.
