Just need to keep on moving on, things get easier.
Have had two of my closest friends die, one of them a suicide.
Things can be hard sometimes, and I do miss some sleep even after some years, but things get better if you keep trying.

A good anolgy is that you have a wound. and you put a bandage on it. The next morning you wake up and wash out that wound and it hurts and you re bandage it. You do that every dya until youre left with a scar and then you learn to care for that scar. You're not trying to go back to the man you were before.
