Dude, put one more rest day. It's okay, i admire your determination to do it but you're gonna ran out of will after the first week. Now, as for the physical aspect, you can handle it, you'll put more strain on your body but you can. It depends on some things
For example: On your cardio sessions - How fast are you running? Does it include HIIT?
How much does your training last? 1 hour cardio + 1 hour weights?

Lift before cardio and shit son i give you a week 2 week tops before you quit way to much cardio itll put you off if you want that much work do a ppl 6days a week if you're after weight loss itll fall off quicker this way then with all that cardio
