iv been lifting for 11 months and im still doing baby weight
my lifts are
165X7 lbs for bench
and ohp is 135 lbs
deadlift is 305
my arms only grew a half inch and now im losing hope i barley got gains even though iv been eating enough protein and calories and sleeping 6-12 hours a night REEEEE FUCK THIS IM LOSING HOPE IV TRIED EVERYTHING AND NOTHINGS WORKING
