Background:
Girlfriend left for 3 months to do work and travel stuff in New Zealand.
I made myself fitness and health goals. Going from 208lbs down to 174lbs.
1st month went pretty well. Went to the gym almost everyday. Had an asskicking diet and lost around 30lbs.
Then friends started to recognize and were talking: "Anon. Holy fuck! You look great, you lost so much weight in such a short time. You are asskicking!"
From this moment on I got unmotivated, somehow satisfied. The second month went kind of bad. I hold my weight and went 1-2 time per week to the gym, but I eat like shit again.
Has anyone experienced sth. like that? How do I get out of this whole to make the 3rd month great again?! (hehe...)
