Skinny fat reporting in.
I lost 9kg since i began cut & lift but. Eating cal deficit - 1500 / 1800. Going full body routine 3 times a week. But since 2 weeks i don't lose fat anymore. I want to get rid of my double chin and the remaining belly fat. Why did it stop working ???
