No showers unfortunately but it has everything you need, not even a reception area.
You get keys from the owner when you become a regular and they like you.
Gym doesn't seem to have any rules just use common sense, right now I'm the only person in the building so I won't be attempting any personal bests, just hitting the bags

My local gym has 3 branches. This is the one I go to.

Not pictured: the 3 squat racks and 3 power cages back and to the left. Only one of the racks is equipped to deadlift, bit I'm basically the only person that deadlifts there.
