Hi /fit/,
I started doing squats today, tried with 1/2 plate(25 pounds each side) and it felt too easy, then I tried adding a 10pound plate on each side, I did the squats and I felt the effort, so I thought I was doing it right.
Now i'm at my home and my glutes are aching, the back of my legs hurt too, is this bad? When I sit or I try to go upstairs I feel the pain, it doesn't makes me stop but it hurts...
TL;DR I did squats with 35 pounds and my glutes and legs are aching. What do?
What nobody told you is that there is a low chance that you get gangrene. Sadly you just wrote out the symptoms. I'd get it checked out immediately.

Shit, should I go to the hospital? I don't want to lose my legs
Yo, that means you didn't squatted enough. Go back to the gym and squat 3pl8s

No time. Cut them off ASAP
Basically you've tipped the scales in one direction. You need to do deadlifts to balance it out again.

Ill give you a real response.
When i did my first weighed squat, it was hard to walk for like two days.
The inner thigh also ached.
Keep doing it, and your muscles will get used to it.
