not juice, because that removes the fibre. i just blend some vegetables with water, like once a week.

next morning's poop comes out green and easily.

i'm doing keto at the moment. plus oats don't have all the vitamins and other good shit that vegetables do.

yeah, i mean it doesn't taste great but just get it down and you're sorted.

maybe add some other stuff to it to make it taste better. i like adding ginger.
