It's got DMAA in it which makes it great for focus and mental energy.. If you've never had it before the you're in for a treat.

Had some decent muscle endurance/pump ingredients too. One of them specifically (i forget how to spell the name exactly) glycosomething or whatever. It's like a superpower creatine that draws water into your muscles to put it simply. But I don't think it's dosed optimally and you can't exactly double dose because of the high stims.

But all in all it's one of the last remaining greats. So if you're used to generic preworkouts like no xplode and c4 etc then you will be amazed by the difference.
