I eat:
Fatty beef mince (500g daily)
Pork steaks (as above, often 800g daily)
Rice (400g daily)
Lots of milk (1-2l daily)
Also peanut butter, banana's, bread but this isnt a staple.
Peanut butter throughout the day.
Proton shake before bed erry day.

DO you guys just force yourself to eat? I started recently and it's a rare day where I don't feel completely bloated and sick after reaching my calorie goal. Is it worth working my body up to getting use to more calories? Or just eat absolute shit to make up the extra calories?

Buy carrots, potatoes, onions, chicken breast and a packet of Golden Curry.
