Started to lift a month ago, going three times a week. After passing the 6th month, I'm gonna go 5 times.
I also exercise the days I do not train, at home.
Following a nice diet, eating a nice quantity of it, reading sticky examples.
I need motivation and advice.

why are you going so much? are you on a ppl? and don't exercise at home the days you're resting. As long as your lifts are going up you'll make it

Not OP, but do you honestly, truly believe that going 3 days a week is enough? There's plenty of literature out there that shows that the greatest gains come from 5-6 times per week.
Some people want more than basic 3 days man, and there's nothing wrong with that.

I think you need to eat more, train harder on the days you train, and rest well (meaning dont train on your rest days).
However much you think you're eating, it's not enough
With those genetics, you gotta eat til youre sick bro
then eat some more. learn to love brown rice and chicken, try to get a pound of chicken a day in

I have that shoulder issue where a bone points out. People say to eat more but I don't really think it'll get covered unless I gain like 40-50 lbs.
and for fuck's sake dont train on your days off. look for a pdf of a guy called anthony something, called the skinny guy guide to mass or whatever, it's got all the info you need
All right everyone, thanks!
I'll rest and eat more in the following days.
Will post results over time.
