I eat some kind of meat for all evening meals. On average, it's something like 15% of my caloric intake.

Trying to cut meat usage, but I think I still down like 1,5 kg a week. I have a massive apetite and the uni restaurant doesn't exactly promote good eating habits regarding to meat and dairy usage.

I don't eat animal products, when I can avoid it without questions or special treatment (which is about 90% of the meals). When I'm at a restaurant that has nothing else or the menu is pre-planned or I'm invited over, I'll not be a special flower and just eat what is served.
