hey /fit/ when should i start cutting for the summer, and what sort of plans would you recommend. I have a small amount of body fat (enough to see veins in forearms and one on bicep slightly when lifting) but i have suffered with gyno for a few years and want to annihilate my fat this year.

>TFW I can see my veins all the time and I still think I'm AT LEAST 20% witch is not a small amount.
The best time to start cutting is always right now.
