Well, I didn't tell the whole story as I'm pretty sure I'm going to get shit on for this, but I had bariatric I was a surgery at the beginning of the year. I was around 384 to start. I was diagnosed with diabetes, and already had high blood pressure and out of control cholesterol.

Doc suggested it, insurance covered everything, so I did it. But make no mistake. The gastric sleeve only limits what you can eat in one sitting. I still had to figure out how to eat right and start being active.

After roughly a year of changing my eating habits and taking a liking into running I finally achieved my goal weight (75kgs coming from 98 ~100kgs)
Still a babyfaced manlet, but I feel more confident now, and slowly buying clothes that I like and look good on me.
Also the sex is now great, cardio really improves endurance in that context.

You're going to think I'm memeing, and for all I know this didn't do me any good because I kind of combined a few different ideas into my diet, but intermittent fasting along with low carb along with lower calories overall (not that I ever count them) .
So my day looked like this
830 apple
845 lift
1015 spam/ham, banana
4 chicken/meatballs (plain) with green beans and cottage cheese.

That's it. Every day for months. I only drank water as well, and I ate the same exact thing every day. I'm sure there are better ways to do it but this worked for me

the other lifts are ~~5RM, but right now with deadlift i do lets say, 130kg x5, and if i do that with good form i move on to next weight

so i tried 140kg, put on good song, gripped and ripped and almost passed out on top. The lift itself was easy but i think i didnt control my breath good enough or just went too fast.

I finally rehabbed my shoulder. It's been safe for one month. Going back into the gym for upperbody in one or two weeks once I feel like it's reinforced 110%. Going to get doms in everything but legs again because that's all I did this whole time with forearms.

A bit of both. Learned to do mobility, found the place for the bar, learned to brace with heavy weights. A large part is strength though. My ass and legs have exploded (deadlifts help with the ass tho), now I have to buy stetch jeans if I want to be comfortable and avoid wearing a fucking tent.

I'm currently three months into SS. I did this ~6 weeks in and it was maybe the best lifting-related decision I made. Now I can do 3x5 at 195 lbs ass-to-grass with great form and I'm slowly but steadily increasing weight.

Had my army selection today, beat the requirement for the run by literally minutes and came 3rd out of a group of 30+ people, I do compound lifts and only run for cardio, and still pasted the floor with guys who do football and boxing.

90kg squat is my 5rm
i did 140kg diddly once but i almost passed out on top, i think i lifted it too fast and got super dizzy. The lift itself was super easy tho

bench and ohp i didnt try 1rm, but last sunday did the 40kg ohp x5
i shoud probably just say that my safe 5rm is 130kg i did that many times, otherwise its bit a estating. I will try tomorrow tho i think my back is properly rested now
