Hey /fit/ I've recently in the past year lost 140lbs and my waist size is dropping rapidly but i can't get new pants because my fucking legs(thighs to be exact) wont get any smaller. What do I do to get them smaller? More leg exercises, or running/walking? I would think leg press and all that would make them bigger but my dad thinks it will help.

Fat distribution over your body is genetic. You can't control where it goes or comes off.

Just keep losing weight and your legs will eventually get better.
