So I dropped soda and sugary snacks about a month ago. I seem to have dropped a little body fat but haven't noticed any other benefit in terms of energy or general feeling. In fact my libido seems really lowered ever since I dropped sugar :(

Does this happen to everyone? Does it go away? Should I just eat something sweet when I want to get horny?
