Motivation thread, lets do this fuckers.
no because no one ever replies to my threads

Kek. OP, this is a successful motivation thread. I made one a while back, and got a bunch of fat neckbeards telling me that since I'd made a motivational thread, I clearly didn't have what it takes to lift and that I didn't "deserve" to have a gym membership.
They also concluded I was a lazy, fat NEET with no friends or social life, all because I thought a motivational thread would be nice.
Don't feel bad man, /fit/ has just been overtaken by newfags lately.

What's the cutoff for new fags?

It's not a time thing, it's a mentality thing.

Really depends. I'd guess around 3 months, but some anons are elitist pricks and demand 2 yrs or some unreasonable crap like that.
Basically, the one golden rule is "lurk". You should read the sticky and lurk for a few weeks before posting shit. Right now, we've lost a few things that used to happen on /fit/ because idiots stopped lurking, and didn't realise they'd already been here for years. So when anons did it, they'd be ridiculed by a tonne of summerfags.

Were all things we used to do regularly. That way, if somebody was spouting bullshit, you could say "you're 120lbs sopping fucking wet, you shouldn't be giving advice on heavy lifting" and tell them to fuck off.
If you lurk properly, you probably won't be called a newfag. Fit into the culture here, don't try and change it.
Also, abusing trips for no reason is another thing newfags do. Trappy and Cheekie both cop hate largely from newfags. Scooby also gets hate from them, but he's not around to see it anymore. There are some trips (Like cute fucking tomato) who actually have a reason for the abuse they get, but meh. Generally don't be a dick; /fit/ is basically a support group.
