I do shoulder press & Miltary press twice a week. Swimming every once in a while.

Nice list, thanks! I see a lot of people doing shoulder rotators but I never do them myself. Will incorporate them into my routine and see if there's any change. Haven't done reverse dips in some time either so I guess I should add them as well.

God do I hate reverse flys with dumbbells. Guess I should frequent the pec dec machine a bit more.

yup. I do this and do reverse fly on the machine.

I made half of those up, don't do any of those.
Do face pulls, bent over rows or chest supported rows, reverse flyes, and if you want to do a press that hits the rear delts to some degree, do the Klokov press though that's mostly middle delts.
Face pulls are going to be your best bet mixed with flyes (don't even need flyes but they're easy). Rows if you just want to do compounds and add mass to your back in general.
Or do all of them if you want.
for rear delts there's nothing better than this

Face pulls, bent over rows and bent over reverse fly are some of the best exercises for rear delts.

>Lateral raise
>thinks it hits posterior delts
You're a smart one, aren't you?
