Anyone else find it difficult to be motivated?
How do you overcome it? Just by routine?
I having difficulty returning after some time off due to an injury (6 months)
you may feel like your forcing yourself for a while but once it's ingrained as a habbit it will feel worse not to go.
6 months off is pretty harsh. Just gotta get back on that horse, I guess. I found it difficult to always get to the gym after a day of work, but now I'm unemployed so I go 6 days a week.

Oops missed the injury part. Do all you can, work around it as much as possible, don't let it become an excuse!

Yeah I had that too, but without an injury. It got easier after a few workouts.
What helped me a lot was going in the morning instead of the evening, maybe you can try that if it's possible for you.
