What kind of workout plan would you use with a pair of these (50 lbs each max), and an adjustible flat bench? Only gym near me is a meme gym with treadmills and a pool
I have the same dumbbells and a flat bench, using this routine for the past few months and I've noticed some noob gains.

Ohp, incline press, rows, squats with dumbbells .are do able but do lunges, lat raises... Just do like 3x20 then a till failure if ur lift is max on the dumbell. Also do pushups and get a pullup bar. Run on the treadmill to.
You can literally do a GOOD quality newbie to intermediate upper body workout with only that
I've been lifting for some time, look pretty good, and I could definitely adapt my routine to use only those if needed
The problem would be legs, I think you'd have to rely on pistol squats (which effectiveness I don't know), wouldn't train hams, and the balance when doing calves would be hell

Post pic we will judge if you look good or not faggot

Well give me a good routine then. I've been lifting on and off for like 8 years and I'm not even in decent shape but I can do 30+ reps per on bench press with these things. Idk how effective I can be when the weight is this light
Buy a bench
Do:
Bench press (decline/flat/incline)
OHP
Seal rows (you need seal rows for this)
Pull-ups
Dips
Hanging leg raises
Bicep curls
Shrugs
Lateral raises

Stronglifts 5x5.
Your only problem will be doing heavy deadlifts and squats.

>50 pounds max
The only thing you can do with them is overhead press. And you can't do that very heavy.
I guess you could also do sit-ups on the bench.
