Can anyone recommend me a bench press for $200-$400? Looking to work out at home.

Don't listen to this guy OP. Gallons of water are much more efficient as weights. Has to be distilled or it will ruin your gains

>not using raw milk in place of water

If you splurge and buy titanium plates and bar you'll have much better gains than if you buy a plain set of iron plates and bar.

just buy a squat rack, you know the thingy with two seperate stands, and just do squats and OHP and deadlifts and rows

>those huge holes in the plates
lol that guy got fucking ripped off

Go to your local primary school and lie on a desk, grab two year 1's and press, doe this three times a week, every week increase the year of kids you bench.
Soon you'll be at lmaoYear7 in less than two weeks

Or if you spin the plates over 100 rpm the gains are similar to the titanium
Also trying to find a good bench/rack. Found a good bar/weights on Amazon, but that's about it.
