The next step is eating less and non-shit food.

This, eat a lot of avocado and/or spinach, keep some chicken broth handy, eat a lot of salt

make yourself some flax seed bread if you need more fiber, and lettuce wrap sandwiches are a godsend

then quit after a couple weeks because it's a lot easier to just eat a lot of vegetables and not deal with a special snowflake diet. For me the fucking low carb headache wouldn't go away
