My routine is Strong Lifts 5x5. Is it possible to modify it by adding hypertrophic exercises to my A and B workouts so I can create a sort of hybrid routine? If so, what kind of exercises are best and in what rep range?

Just stick to the program for a few month

You should be fine on that program but if you want more mass just add some drop sets to your last exercise and whack like one isolation exercise for that muscle group into the end of your workout.

I've been on 5x5 for about 5 months until I stalled earlier this month. I kept the core workouts but did pyramids with reps of 8,6,4,4,6,8 where 8 is 20% less, 6 is your normal working weight that you do 5x5 with, and 4 is about 5-10 lbs more than your working weight.
On days where I want to max out I do 3 sets of 5 with my max, then drop 20% and do as many reps as possible. It really helped break my bench and deadlift. Also I think the 5x5 app recommends you do weighted dips and pull ups. Definitely do those. I do dips after the rows and pull ups after the deadlifts. After the core workout throw in some cable workouts and Dumbbell workouts. It's been helping with my lifts but it's too early to tell if it's helping my aesthetic

SS with added accessories is more optimal in my opinion, but if you want to stick with SL it's good enough.
