Right, i rarely visit this board since this isnt my taste. I am not in to fitness or lifting.
But what i need help with is how can i help my gf and what advice can i give her. She is 75% of the time pretty depressed and thats because she is really insecure about her body. She is 160cm height and she weighs 72kg. I try to comfort her as much as i can but i want to help her be more secure about her body and generally be happy about herself. She says she wants to be about 55Kg in weight.
In my opinion, if she could trim that belly down a bit, id be in fucking heaven.
She goes to the gym 2-3 times a week to my knowledge. we occasionally do morning exercises.
eat less, fill up on lighter food.
for example a ceesecake vs rye bread with an egg for breakfast. less calorie dense food lads

Thats what shes trying to avoid atm, anything to do with flour.

Shes not, anything with flour is out of her diet, minimal ammounts of sugar aswell (dislikes sweets)
