long story short last week we decided to have sex but i wasnt able to get it up, (yes my and her first time) and it ended up in me coming after two minutes with a spaghetti like dick.

since then i havent had a solid erection or solid morning wood (60% max) and even when fapping or to porn i didnt get rock hard (which wasnt a problem back a month ago)
i always get really self conscious cuz of older strech marks when taking my shirt of, and starting to shake when she touches my belly or dick area
