Hello everyone.
So I'm still very new. Lifts (pls. no. bully. ) are
>185 5 rep max BP
>115 5 Rep max OHP
>225 5 Rep max DL
>135 5 rep max Squat (AtG)
Bodybuilding is the goal for me. I care very little about how strong I am and the only goal is to look big and juicy.
Here's my question:
Should I continue with strength training until I push around 1/2/3/4, continue with strength training until I hit 1.5/3/4/5, or just immediatly start training for bodybuilding (Sets of 12 instead of 5).
Thanks so much
PS: My logic is that it's better to get some strength and push around big weights then train for bodybuilding once I'm strong, is this flawed logic? Will I make size gains with such low weights?
Yeah just do the sets of 12 to start off with! It's a good idea for natural lifters to do it

Bodybuilding training is a fucking meme as a natty. Weekly volume and frequency are how you get big and strong as a natty. You won't grow moving the bitch weight you are now, so you're in it for the long haul.

thanks for the bump

>I'm concerned with why other people are lifting weights
>everyone should have the same goals as me
yea train for strength 3x5, 5x5 etc
then after 1234 id just do a mix of high and low reps changing routines every so often

No, don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting to look huge in a year.
I understand this is a slow process.
I'm just wondering about the optimal way to get there.
I would rather look like a big guy in 5 years than 6
