I was 5kg away from one plate a couple months ago.
Then I got sick pretty bad for a week and guess what?
My ohp went down to 30kg.
I recently was about to hit 1 plate again but got a minor fracture in my wrist and OHP kills it. I guess I'll be dyel forever.

I hit 1 plate pretty quickly after supplementing it with lateral raises, cable crossover, and some light dumbbell press for my burnout sets.

After that I was so discontent with it that I won't be happy until I hit 180lbs+. Any grown man can lift 135 overhead for repetitions. Its like lifting your teenage son over your head during playtime.
