Anyone else go out once a week?
I recently started going out once a week, going to bars / clubs and getting fucked up with the mates. But still never missing a session no matter how fucked i feel and keep my protein intake in check / water intake.
I wish i did this younger, i LOVE how upset men get when i talk to their girlfriend and pull her away, and i love when they start miring or comparing my gains to some DYEL.

Actually lifting gave me confidence, them comparing me to some skinny guy also boosted my confidence knowing they are noticing my gains. Hell, lifting didn't make me a smooth talker i got that with experience but lifting and looking good helps a tremendous amount.
Girls feel like they have a keeper when i hit on them since I'm tall, always get told I'm either cute or fucking hot by women, and lift, and ride a motorcycle.
Litrelly meant to make it in life.
