He started being vegan 9 months ago, after eating meat the entire 7 years he had been lifting prior
>>39504430
Since when was eating meat not liking animals?
There's nothing wrong with the ethical slaughter of animals, battery farming is the only thing wrong with the animal produce industry.

ilya ilin is vegan.

>unnecessarily
It's not unnecessarily, it's for much needed valuable and highly nutritious food
And there's nothing inherently moral or immoral about it

Name one nutrient that you can't get from plant foods
>>39506071
Vitamin B12.
he's also on a ton of roids
>>39506321
Well you're technically correct, b12 comes from bacteria which don't have a brain, nervous system, or a subjective reality. B12 can easily be gotten on a vegan diet with supplements or fortifies foods. If you wanna do it more naturally you can eat some dirt or drink some unfiltered water.
>>39506588
I don't care if people go vegan or not.
This is all I want:
>Well you're technically correct
thanks.
>>39506595
Except I'm not saying you can't get all the nutrients you need with an animal diet. I'm saying you can get them just as well with a vegan diet.
>>39506637
Dude, you said
>Name one nutrient that you can't get from plant foods
I said
>Vitamin B12
And I'm right.
You should've just responded with "Oh, yes, that's right. Take a supplement for that."

If you could get them just as well you wouldn't need to supplement or go to fortified food. You're also missing out on complete proteins
>>39506688
ok sure but what have you proven with that?
>>39506817
What? It's not about proving anything.
Veganism has nothing to do with fitness. It's entirely a matter of whether you're willing to spend moderately more time studying and cooking to maintain the same quality of diet while avoiding animal products.
