I pushed a higher weight on my squats, and my left leg joint has been hurting the past 3 days since then. Should I skip legs for a bit?
I just hope I didn't blow my leg out or some shit. Anyone have any idea if it's my muscle or my joint?

take a week off, stretch, ice/heat. I don't know shit about this stuff, but it's just common sense.

Go light on it for now on leg day

Well fuck, I was actually gonna make a thread on hip flexor pain, i guess now I don't have to.
I never had a problem with this until I started deadlifting and doing 200situps/workout.
I surmise it may have something to do with the fact I use to jog like a maniac years ago. Also maybe degenerative joints from having been an alcoholic for so long.
Even taking breaks till the pain tapers off, it comes back. Doesn't bother me when squatting.

What could the problem be? Truly a mystery.
no deadlifts or barb rows either. No pullups or dips with weight either that will pull your hips

Haven't done them in a week, but now I officially quit them, thank (you).

bro look up frog-sit ups or something if you really have to do them. there are ways of doing that movement without activating flexors.
but seriously why are you doing sit ups? there are so many core exercies
