Currently cutting so eating around 2300 Cal's a day. I work as a waiter and lift 6 days a week doing a PPL. Initial lifts are something like OHP, Bench, Dead, or squat 3-4 sets if low reps. Then I do a shit ton of accessories.

Cut from fatty mode 290lbs to 190lbs at 6'4. Clean bulked for 2 months then said fuck it and started going out and drinking with bitches and shit ended up getting up to 250lbs.. still looked decent in a shirt do to forearm and bicep veins.. look like complete shit shirtless tho.. stopped drinking so much and lost 10 pounds so down to 240 gonna start cutting the beginning of December...

Don't know what to tell ya mang. I stepped on the scale this morning at 164. I was probably pretty dehydrated, but that'd only be a couple lbs worth.
