>Tfw op reposted my vid from /int/
time to end sellf
and yeah i need advice but dont think im attentionwhoring, already posted vid in /plg/ for advice
>>39501412
pretty bad angle to see bar path
bottom position looks like its right at parallel so going a little bit lower would be good if you can manage that
>>39501412
Try not to lean forward to much and don't let your knees go past your toes if you can help it. Besides that great job OP GET BIG
>>39501471
yeah i think i need to work on ankle mobility
i also noticed during my diddly my hips tend to shoot up high too fast, and here on squats my hips lag i think thats what causing the front tilt
>>39501469
suggestions for recording ?
90* angle from bar so llittle to left in this case ?
lifting for 2,5 months desu, so im learning, its shitload better than it used to be tho

>>39501487

What shoes are those? If they aren't lifting shoes you should consider getting a pair, a flat-sole shoe, or wearing no shoes.
Ordinary and especially running shoes have a raised heel, which is used for high bar squats, but regardless of which style they have a soft sole meant to act as a shock absorber.
Either way, is that high or low bar you're doing? Wouldnt use heeled shoes for low bar.

reebok nano 6
they are rather firm so i dont think this is the issue
>crossfit shoes
im doing high bar, low bar causes some shitty pain in my left arm just below delts and above biceps
idk why is that happening
i think i could benefit from doing low bar due to my shitty ankle mobility
>>39501585
what do you mean it causes pain? you're not suppose to hold the bar anyway, just support it. try widening your grip if it's uncomfortable.
>>39501585
Whichever style you like desu. Ankles can be worked on.
But like this guy >>39501598 said, you're likely pushing your mobility in some way . Consider widening your grip or working on shoulder mobility.
>>39501598
i mean
when i get into position (hands as wide as rack allows me, just next to pins) it feels tight, but after i do like 2 or 3 reps the tightness converts into outright searing pain
i even tried unracking, and then widening to the hands even further but it didnt help.
My stance foot wise is rather narrow, if i go wide i get pain in my inner thigh.
As far as shoulder mobility i do the stretching with some light bars that we have
pic related
and it never hurts me in that spot when i do that
doesnt hurt when i do OHP either

>>39501645
I can't even come close to doing this and my shoulders don't hurt from the squat position. You should get it checked out
>>39501671
it might be my deltoid, not shoulder
but i dont have pain when i work my delts
shits funny
