In the case of that gentleman, his mother had to sell her house to keep him fed. When she died the duty was passed onto the taxpayer, who also eventually funded his gastric bypass surgery.
After losing weight he also demanded that the Great British public pay for his excess skin removal surgery.

He didn't learn a damn thing.
