Hi /fit/, I starting doing Gallon Of Milk a Day (GOMAD) + Starting Strength (SS) like the sticky suggests. After about 2 months, I have gained 45 pounds of solid muscle and went from Auschwitz mode skelly to decently swole. However, I still am very farm from my goal physique (bearmode). So I was thinking of adding SOBAD to my diet (Stick Of Butter A Day). Has anyone tried this with decent results? Share diet suggestions.
Just switch out the whole milk for sweetened condensed milk.

I know it's not much but I just can't eat any more. I am a "hard gainer" as you might call it but not hard enough I guess haha.

no, that's an unrealistically high amount and you called the thread "Not getting results from GOMAD"
GOSAD (gallon of semen a day) is soooooo much better. But getting 768 teaspoons of it a day is a real chore. Even by picking up used condoms on the floor of a gay bar can be a real hassle.
But I have to admit, I've never had gainz like this in my fucking life.
10/10 would recommend if you have the time and resolve.
