Hey bros I feel like i have a serious problem with my chest muscle growth.
Been hitting the gym for over a year now and at the begining i saw a difference in my pec sizes (my left being bigger, better shaped).
I started using dumbells and hoped it would even out. But it has just got worse and I can notice when chest pressing, I'm using my right shoulder to press which i now making an imbalance in my shoulder sizes.
Its pissing me off and I'm just hoping you guys could advise me.
Pic of chest
Shoulder difference
do one armed db bench press
do it until it evens out, then you can do back to normal and you shouldn't be right-shoulder pressing no mo'

>lower the weight
>when you feel like you're using your right shoulder to press and you can't keep up with the left, lower the weight
>do it till you start using both simultaneously, and then you can evenly progress

Looks like you might have a mild case of scoliosis. The shoulder on the right side of the picture is slightly higher than the left that is probably why the left pec is lower.

scoliosis, you need to get that shit checked out. Looks like you might have terribly low testosterone.
