What causes collarbone pain? (especially just on one side)

Obviously, it depends on what you've been doing. For me personally, if I favor one arm while
Doing weighted dips, it'll cause collarbone pain

I've had this. I went to a physiotherapist and she noticed that when I raise my arms, the scapula on that side doesn't move as much as the other. So in my case it was tightness in the upper back that probably came from sitting hunched over in front of the computer all day at work and at home.

Anyone have any shoulder problems? Whenever I go back up on certain excercisrs that involve the use of the shoulder coming up, my right one tends to pop sometimes.
